Hello. If you encounter any issues while placing an order, please refer to the following information or contact our online customer service promptly. We will address your concern as soon as possible.


1.What should I do if I entered incorrect information?

If the recharge process is not yet complete, please contact our online customer service for further assistance. If the recharge has already been completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2.The order status shows "Refunded" but I haven't received the money.
Your refund will be returned to the original payment method you used. You can check your account for the refund. If you still have not received it, please contact our online customer service.

3.The order status shows "Completed" but I haven't received the purchased item(s) in the game.
Please do not log into your game account during the recharge process to avoid errors. If an issue does occur, please don't worry. Contact our online customer service for further assistance, and we will definitely resolve it for you.

4.I purchased the "Full Set" package or multiple monthly cards. Why haven't they all arrived in my account?
Combo items are usually delivered in batches. Please wait patiently for a short while. If they haven't arrived after a long time, please contact our customer service via online support for further assistance.

5What is a Security Code / Backup Code?
Security Codes / Backup Codes are used for Google login verification.


How to Create and View Backup Codes:

Go to your Google Account page.

On the left, click Security.

Under "Ways to sign in to Google," click 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in.

Click the Continue icon under "Backup codes."

You can do the following:

Get backup codes: Click Get backup codes to generate them.

Generate new codes and invalidate old ones: Click the Refresh icon to get new backup codes.

Delete backup codes: Click the Delete icon to delete and automatically disable them.

Download backup codes: Click the Download icon.

Print backup codes:

Click the Print icon.Tip: If you lose your backup codes, have used them all, or think they were stolen, you can generate new ones by simply clicking the Refresh icon. Once new codes are generated, the old ones will automatically become invalid.


How to Create and View Security Codes (for Android devices):

Verify your Google Account.

If your device uses Android 6.0 or higher:

On your phone, go to Settings and then tap Google.

Tap Manage your Google Account. Scroll right, find and tap Security, then tap Security codes.

Enter your phone's password if prompted and select the corresponding account.

A 10-digit code will be generated on your phone.

Enter this code on the device you want to sign in to, then tap Continue.

Reminder: Please do not re-enter the page for obtaining security codes after sending one, as this will cause the security code to reset and the previous code will immediately become invalid.
