6.How to get coupons?
You can obtain coupons by inviting friends to register, participating in LDShop's official social media campaigns, registering through social media entry points, joining holiday events, using KOL (Key Opinion Leader) referral links, claiming weekly VIP benefits, or via promotional emails from LDShop.

7.How to use a coupon?
Typically, LDShop will automatically select and apply the coupon with the highest available discount by default during checkout. You can also manually select a coupon on the payment page: click on the coupon section, choose the suitable coupon, and click "Confirm" to apply it. The discounted price will be shown immediately after application.

8.Why did my PayPal payment fail?
This might be due to risk control measures implemented by the payment channel. If you encounter issues with payment or a failed transaction, please contact the customer service of your credit card issuing bank for assistance, or try paying with a different credit card. If the problem persists, please attempt using an alternative payment method.
